Young comes to NIP Specialty Brokerage from Post Financial Services Group, where he was a senior account manager, working on a select book of public transportation risks.
Michael Silverman has 14 years of consultative marketing, managing and underwriting experience in the insurance industry. Silverman has developed expertise in property and casualty, and has experience in the placement of DIC, excess flood, excess wind, excess earthquake and buyback programs for all types of exposures.
NIP Specialty Brokerage is a wholesale brokerage operation targeting non-standard commercial risks underwritten by admitted and non-admitted specialty carriers.
