Since the Attoirney General is recokmmending a 6.5% decrease in reates, am I to assume he is also mandating a 6.5% decrease in attorney’s fees? No? Why not?

Let the market decide the rates and the attorney fees. Mandatiry auto insurance should also have mandotory maximums on attorney’s fees, say 10% of the award, less court costs. If people don’t have insurance, at least the attorneys suffer, too.
