Hats off to Supt. Mills. He would restore confidence to the NYS Ins Dept if he went to Washington and educated our lawmakers about insurance and the need to extend TRIA.
I seem to be on the side of Tom DeLay on this, and respectively disagree with acting Supt. Mills. What have we done as an industry since 9-11 to address this issue? I have to believe that with all of the intellect in this industry that we can figure this out and stop asking the Federal Govt to bail us out. I’m sure that I am too simplistic, but we as an industry need to figure this out.
