I\’m glad to here that this case was not won. Had the judge awarded this family $10 million dollars there would have been more frivolous law suits then we could count!!!!

What about suing because of being traumatized from hearing Dan Rather or his clone Harry Smith? That would surely wind up being a class action case!!!!

I think I have been scarred for life by seeing our esteemed president and his gun-totin VP on TV and listening to their bizarre fabrications.
    Who can I sue?

Hunting with Cheney is no more dangerous than lunch at a Japanese restaurant. No one died!

This story seems oddly familiar. Did Seinfeld do a similar story in his series? Could the name Jerry Colaitis just as easily be replaced with George Castanza?

Maybe Intelligent would rather cross a bridge with Ted Kennedy driving, but I\’ll hunt with the VP any day.

    Whoa….
How the heck did this go from a little flying shellfish story to a major political debate?….

Everyone step back from the keyboard and take a deep breath

    Hey, B:

Have you noticed that so many conversations here veer towards political debate when they had nothing to do with politics. I myself have been caught in the \”cross hairs\” from time to time…and sometimes it gets downright nasty, on both sides of the political spectrum.

Anyway…if this story weren\’t so pathetic, it would be funny.

    Have a nice day.
