The Robert Plan organization has always been inefficient and abusive in it\’s dealings with producers and insureds. I\’m amazed that the NYAIP continues to allow them to service Plan business. There must be some kind of no-bid sweetheart deals going on because the Robert Plan truly does stink! That\’s why I won\’t write Plan business anymore.

Yes, the Robert Plan does stink but, unfortunately, a lot of TPA companies are getting out of the business, to the Robert Plan\’s benefit.
