Citation Re, a New York- based reinsurance company, is making available terrorism coverage for suburban risks.
This stand-alone terrorism coverage has limits up to $65 million.
Citation Re also announced the promotion of Brendan Cook to vice president. Among his new responsibilities will be managing this new terrorism facility. Cook will also be involved with catastrophic perils, some production reporting and marketing.
Citation Re is a subsidiary of Jimcor Agencies, an excess and surplus lines wholesaler in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
