    It never should have come to not seeing a past due notice. Premiums should be paid when due, not at the last possible minute to avoid cancellation.

    Sounds like he’s just a bad business man looking for someone else to blame and the insurance industry is ALWAYS an easy target.

    If you expect your customers to pay you when due – you should pay when due.

    Agreed. A business that size couln’t find $15k?
