Suspension of Pa. Judge Charged with Insurance Fraud Questioned

    So, if I break the law I get suspended with pay. If I mouth off to the court I get suspended without pay. Seems to me there’s more benefit in just breaking the law and being done with it. This doesn’t make sense. There are very few reasons I can agree with suspending someone with pay. Breaking the law and insubordination are not among those reasons.

    What’s the problem? All he needs is to have a legislative
    district gerrymandered (ala Alee Hastings), run for office
    and get elected, and they can stick the judge thing.
