Not really. Those companies are still owned by travelers. I’m sure if the company is going under, Travelers will throw money at it just like Allstate and State Farm do in Florida. And, Allstate New Jersey also.
Travelers Ins. After having a fire loss is without a doubt the worst insurance company to deal with. The Personnel/Adjusters are the rudest and most uncooperative people I have ever met. The company and its adjusters do not live up to the policy and give you the hardest time after your loss. I will never recomend and in fact go out of my way to tell anyone about the poor service and experience I have had with Travelers. I have already ntold my agent and intend to spread this as far as i can for as long as I can.
Well, let’s see … they get the Travelers brand but it’s not underwritten by Travelers … hmm … This wouldn’t be misleading to consumers, would it?
