The AG seems to be trying to take a page from the Elliot Spitzer book on how to become Governor.
I always thought that insurance issues were the responsibility of the Insurance Commissioner and not the AG.
Seems to me that if the AG has a valid issue, it should first be discussed with the Insurance Commissioner and if valid, it needs to be addressed by the Insurance Commissioner and not the AG who is posturing for a run for Governor!

so when is truly discrimatory to offer a discount because you have a homeowners policy? true, a renters’ policy should be treated the same, but rates are based on rating factors not discounts. now, what happens to those that live with family and actually don’t have to pay rent. are we now being discrimatory now? um…wonder!!!
