From the company ranks, to Commissioner, and now back to the company ranks she so faithfully represented while Commissioner – having killed the best private passenger auto system in the country. Shame on the people in the industry who do such things. She was supposed to represent the public as Commissioner, but represented the carriers, and the Assigned Risk Plans and mechanism instead.

The best private passenger auto system in the country????????? I had to read it twice to make sure I read it correctly. Non competetion = the best? A wild guess you must be an agent or an employee of the one of those carriers who benefited from the “system” all those yrs. The real world thrives on competition not set rates, set commissions and the same price on every street corner. Welcome to the real world Massachusetts!
