Pawtucket Rhode Island-based Narragansett Bay Insurance Co. appointed Richard “Rick” Grisolia as chief marketing officer.
Grisolia, who will assume responsibility for the company’s sales and marketing on April 6, has over 25 years of marketing, sales and
underwriting experience in personal lines insurance and brings expertise in producer management and in developing independent agency distribution networks.
Most recently, Grisolia served as vice president for Arbella Insurance Group, where he was responsible for all sales and marketing. He has also held previous positions with Atlantic Mutual Cos. and the Chubb Corp.
