After 2 failed attempts with setting legislatures to create an insurance fraud bureau the new Maine Attorney General just within the last 2 weeks prosecuted two insurance fraud cases in Southern Maine! The new attorney general, Janet Mills, testified during the recent attempts to create a Maine insurance fraud bureau, and I might add before she was elected to her new post by the new legislature, that Maine does not need an insurance fraud bureau.
