so if we have all these so-called contracts, why do we seem to have a problem w/the various judges to say differently? it’s like getting 50 different readings. lawyers make up these contracts and to have it re-read differently will cause problems. now, they will try to re-do these contracts to prevent judges from creating loopholes, that the company thought they did not need.
