Narragansett Bay Names Colangelo as Accounting Exec

Rhode Island-based Narragansett Bay Insurance Co. has named Laura L. Colangelo as director of accounting.

Colangelo brings broad experience in all aspects of accounting and internal and external financial reporting within the insurance and reinsurance industries. She will oversee the financial reporting process that ensures the company’s reporting responsibilities to investors, regulators, rating agencies and other third parties are met.

She most recently served as assistant vice president of finance for Argo Group International Holdings Ltd., where she managed the quarterly closing process and reporting of financial information to management, regulatory agencies and the public
