they could fax the list to local trial attorneys and include the nature of the error, dates of procesures, patients names, last known addresses and phone numbers
well, the problem, is that the victim/patient will get it resolved but most of the money will be given to the lawyer. um.. i think i need a job as a lawyer! jam those courts with all these lawsuits!
