I don’t care about the cell phone issue. Erie home owners insurance was a joke for me. They gave a wall of reasons to deny a claim that I turned in to them. Another words, if one didn’t work they would try the other. I sued them and won in court. Of course, they appealed. I will prevail. They have deep pockets but they have a stubborn one on their hands and eventually the court system ends. See you all the way Erie. It’s been actually fun since I’ve learned as we’ve gone through the process. I will post more comments through out this journey weather you Erie agents or employees of Erie tell me to move on or not. Quite frankly I don’t care what you all have to say. This is for people thinking about insurance in the future. I’m just letting people know, if they are not satisfied with a denial, challenge it in court. Insurance companies are not always right. In my case that is what one judge said. Good luck people.

Does the city ever enforce this law? As i travel through the city it seems every 2nd or 3rd vehicle has someone on a hand held phone.
