Would you feel the same way if the injury occurred during a bench press? Let’s say she was taking a weight training course and the trainer had her “push herself” but didn’t spot her correctly and she injured herself when she couldn’t control the bar? I believe a college football player had an accident like this earlier this year.
If you don’t push through your limits you never know what you can accomplish.

Holy lack-of-talent, Robin, if she wanted to take the class, she should have some idea what it entailed….how much you wanna bet that the first thing she did when this happened was, NOT to call an ambulance, TWO, did not go to the hospital, but THREE, called a personal injury law firm, in order to preserve and protect her right against self-injury so they could blame it on someone else, someone like an insurance company, with, I might add, deep pockets. If she was really injured, it was mostly her feelings for being such an A**hole! and we know how money can make those hurt feelings better.
its like some idiot that never rode a motorcycle or horse and zooommmmmm– 100 mph on a 2500cc ir a gallop over ditchers and fences- stupid-plane old stupid. thank God such idiots are not driving buses or flying airplanes-maybe they are!!! I doubt it- and thank u God fod some regulation. She should be admitted to the nearest mental hospital for sports tehrapy and stipp ole lessons!!!!!!!

I hope the judge dismisses this case immediately. She clearly knew her limitations yet negligently tried the exercise anyway.
