Here we go again. Big government squashing the little guy. Just like they did with the little girl and the lemonade stand. I’m more than tired of the city, state and federal idiots with no common sense.

Although it does appear the little guy is getting crapped on, to be honest, having insurance WOULD protect him in the event of an accident and someoen was injured.

And I’m sure he was claiming those “tips” on his tax return…NOT.

This guy doesn’t need “protection”, he obviously has no assests and is un-collectible. He operates his little business on a freaking ISLAND, and it ain’t like Manhattan. There is little risk of a collision with other vehicles and I doubt he operates it recklessly. The city is protecting it’s pathetic van service and doesn’t like losing a few dollars to a young entrepreneur. The message is clear: “don’t play in our sandbox”.
