In a similar case, Ms. Barbara Fromage of Hickeysville was charged with fraud after he ex-husband, Demond, noted that her Farcebook page clearly showed her out of her wheelchair.

Ms. Fromage had been injured in an accident on a slide at a local playground when she inadvertently pitched forward and slid head first down the metal surface, sustaining a neck injury when she struck the ground. After three weeks in a medically-induced coma, she was diagnosed with a hemispheric paralysis affecting the right side of her body.

Her husband, Demond, a native of Guayanamera, agreed to a divorce after three years of taking care of her needs around the clock. She took sole possession of their 800′ sq. penthouse in Queens, and more than 75% of their remaining assets as a part of the settlement.

After realizing that it was actually his wife in the clips, Mr. Fromage successfully had charges pressed against her for verbal and mental assault and defrauding him of his assets.

“For years I was takin care of her needs, but what about her takin care of mine? Now the Bimbo be doin’ the limbo. It just ain’t right.”

Calls to Ms. Fromage’s lawyers were not returned.

so the next chapter, has she filed for ssn for disability? if so, then is that not FRAUD! why are the feds not involved? if we can say its a felony to file a fraud for insurance, why not for disability or even in this case for his alimony? she should get nothing because of her credibility….
