Too bad the same judge couldn’t throw out the 2010 season for the Muts.

First off, if you are a baseball fan and attend a game, there is a risk of getting hit with a ball or bat. Pay attention to the game to be able to protect yourself.
Second, can’t believe this guy would bring a lawsuit, admitting that he was a Met fan or at a Met game!

next think you know, he’ll sue the bird that flew overhead for failing to dispose of his business appropriately. as you and i know, that if you read the signs coming into the ballpark, there are hazards of flying bats and baseballs. it’s not like they intentionally hit you because you were a bad fan. i hope he’s got a lot of money to pay the lawyer for a frivilous lawsuit.

Maybe a new insurance product … baseball fann safety plan … you can buy a policy at the dispensing machine at the ballpark, just like airline insurance used to be sold.
