long time smoker, it was his choice to smoke these. here’s another puzzle of why folks are just wanted to make millions of dollars because they don’t want to accept the fact each person is responsible for their own actions. problem is that many folks realize things are dangerous to their health and they don’t care to read labels. our society would rather have a box full of labelling telling the consumer of the bad things in the product instead of letting us truly make our own choices. i think it’s about time that businesses stop having to pay for personal choices. if you have felt as a consumer that there was a better way to make cigarrettes, then create your own business, but remember that you just can’t advertise under the previous actions against all tobacco companies. personally, i would sue the feds for that right for freedom of speech to expand my business for selling. again, people need to stop trying to make a few bucks on others choices. our society has been smoking cigarettes for many years. so if you make the choice to smoke, then you don’t need to have family getting $$$ just because.

maybe there is an opportunity here. if stupid folks keep doing stupid things like smoking (which, OK, makes me stupid too) and it costs less to get someone to quit a bad habit like smoking or being overweight, then mandate all such stupid employees to ‘get the treatment and get smart’. of course it would put a lot of plaintiff lawyers out of business because if the burden of responsibility is that of the stupid person and not the tobacco companies, then you cannot sue yourself or give one third of your assets to your trusted counsel. lawyers should branch into treatment sidelines and make them work for their income.
