The Bruce Gendelman Insurance Co. has hired Linda Anderson as a commercial lines account advisor.

She will focus on the agency’s Defense Base Act insurance program as well as its larger commercial lines accounts.
Anderson — based in Virginia — was most recently a commercial sales executive with Brown & Brown, where she developed insurance programs for commercial clients and maintained relationships with commercial carriers.
She began her insurance career with Brand, Dalley & Company where she managed the DC Bar-sponsored lawyers professional liability program.
