As a government contractor, I’m glad to see improvements such as these.

I am renewing my liability ins. now and the premium is ridiculous. I am a small, custom home building contractor. It used to be that after my audit, if all sub contractor certificates were in , I would get money back for having all of the certs. Now my agent tells me that there is no refund for keeping it all legal and safe, just a charge is a cert is missing. Are you kidding me? How do these things get changes without anyone knowing about it?
