    Credit scoring is a cash cow for the auto insurance industry, should be baned.

    Does Mass. still not allow insurance carriers to order MVR’s?

    I think in this economy to allow credit scores to be used to base what the insurance would cost is ridiculous. If you are buying auto insurance then your driving record and past claims history should speak for itself. If you have never had a ticket, never had an accident why then should you pay more for auto insurance? This is price gudging the people that can least afford it. If you are an awful driving record and perfect credit score, should you have a discount on your insurance? Hell no!
