Erie INSURANCE is a JOKE!!! I sued them for acting in BAD FAITH and won at circuit court in front of a twelve person jury. Call Wilson County circuit court in TN. and ask about Hearn vs. Erie. My wife and I won $80,360. It’s public info so don’t take my word for it. I’m Lerie of Erie!!! I’ve had fun suing them and will actually be disappointed when it’s over. I guess all good things eventually come to an end!! I kinda hope it doesn’t, we’ll see. I don’t understand why profits would be down when they didn’t pay my claim……oh yea, there legal team invoices them!!! That’s funny!
