CRC Insurance Services, a wholesale broker headquartered in Birmingham, Ala., hired Kenneth Echols as a casualty broker for the Parsippany, N.J., office.
In his new role, Kenneth will focus on helping retail insurance agents in the New York and New Jersey area place difficult casualty accounts.
He was previously a broker at Atlantic Risk Specialties and prior to that was a underwriting manager at GNY Custom Insurance Company. He started his insurance career as an underwriter at The Hartford.
Founded in 1982, CRC Insurance Services is headquartered in Birmingham, Ala., with 29 offices across the country. It offers casualty, property, professional, and MGA/underwriting products. Its subsidiary Southern Cross Underwriters is a managing general agent, specializing in small and middle market accounts with specialty programs such as those for coastal homeowners and marinas.
