ISU Network has added as a new member Pittsburgh-based Research Underwriters.
Research Underwriters is a specialty insurance broker and managing general agent, with a focus on commercial transportation risks. The firm has locations in Arizona and Colorado as well as in Pittsburgh. It presently serve over 3,000 businesses. Research Underwriters says it is joining the ISU Network to gain better market access.
The ISU Network, founded in 1979 and headquartered in San Francisco, consists of over 125 independently owned and operated offices nationwide with over $1 billion of written premiums.
The network is an organization designed for independent insurance agents. It offers a cohesive national database of insurance knowledge and has access to over 350 insurance companies.
