Key Risk, a workers’ comp insurer and a member company of W. R. Berkley Corp., said it is expanding operations to Pennsylvania and is opening a new office in Harrisburg.
Key Risk focuses solely on providing workers’ comp insurance and third-party administrative services to employers. The company provides workers comp expertise at the local level, with regional offices and staff for specific territories located throughout the states in which it operates.
“At Key Risk we believe workers compensation is a relationship business,” said Rob Standen, president of Key Risk. “We are excited about our expansion into Pennsylvania and are committed to working together with local agents and clients to deliver better outcomes.”
The company said it is in the process of recruiting associates to provide insurance services to agents and clients in the state.
The new office in Harrisburg expands the Mid-Atlantic regional footprint for Key Risk.
Key Risk is headquartered in Greensboro, N.C. and has additional offices in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, and Georgia.
