Enservio, a Needham, Mass.-based provider of property insurance analytics, affinity marketing, contents software and claims solutions, appointed Chris Schoettle to the newly created position of president and chief operating officer.
In his new role at Enservio, Schoettle will be responsible for sales, service operations, engineering, product management and product marketing.
He will add his expertise to the Enservio senior management team in continuing to grow its global information services and SaaS platform services for property insurance.
Prior to Enservio, he served as executive vice president at Akamai, where he led the cloud-based products and services, the global technology platform, company operations, and acquisitions/integrations. Previously, Schoettle was president of broadband access at Lucent, running the business unit P&L. He also held general management positions at AT&T, Novell, and Unix System Laboratories.
