    Wait. Isn’t Allstate offering a “dissapearing deductible”? Why not coverage with “disappearing causation”?

    Get a Life insurance policy. Or maybe an afterlife insurance policy to handle those residual annoyances.

    I’m not buying it. It sounds like a hokey attempt to get out of a lease. Landlord owes them nothing.

      I think it’s a former disgruntled tenant trying to scare them away. And he would have gotten away with it if it hadn’t been for those meddling insurance pros!

        Yuk yuk, that’s a good one, there! Now that I think about it, the house DOES bear a more-than-passing resemblance to the one in the opening credits of “Scooby-Doo, Where Are You?”

    Just want to point out, if that Vase was listed on a “Schedule” then the breakage would be covered.
