    At first I thought that $487,000 was awfully cheap to buy 8 houses, then I saw that the State had to match the number.

    Then I read it would cost $3.5 MIL to buy the houses at an average of $437,500! WOW. I don’t think those houses in Little Falls or Wayne or whever were worth that much!

    Of course, the State has to tear them down etc. And then it being NJ, there’s the “admin” overhead for managing all that work. And all that money. With all them pockets.

    No value anywhere!
