    Will NJ enforce this when snowbirds claim to garage their cars in NJ to avoid higher rates in Florida?

      Good point but I doubt that NJ cares about the loss of revenue for Florida. If we saw more claims denials for material mispresentation that would help solve the problem.

    A resident of NJ that has a seasonal home in Florida, Georgia or any other warmer clime would not be guilty of reverse rate evasion by securing auto insurance in NJ. That is where the insurance should be issued!
