    Really Uncle Sam says:
    Like or Dislike:
    Thumb up 0
    Thumb down 0

My small city and one other city 15 miles west have a small river that floods repeatly when we have any significant rain or snow melt. The Corp is “studying” a solution for our community. Thus far, through an increase sales tax and increase income tax our community has spend over $5,000,000 and 5 years time for studies and the Corp wants $3 million to complete the job.

It is a fantasy that anything beyond identifying what the names of all the rivers, streams, harbors, inlets, etc. will be accomplished with this waste of $20,000,000. Send me $1,000,000 and I’ll look it all up on Google Earth for them. Who are we kidding?
