I sure wish we had an idea what this story was actually about. Whose Jenkins?? How is she involved with the kid and the mom? Did Jenkins adopt the kid from Nicaragua and the mom came for her? What would a law school have to do with an international kidnapping? What kind of “agents” would have facilitated that??? A real journalist would have obtained a copy of the petition so we could see what the allegations were (and hence the entire story). Unfortunately more and more on line news sources are not actual investigative and reporting journalism…they are merely paraphrasers of others stories.

right on, stupid here! I see that all the time in IJ articles. they leave with you with more questions than they answer.

I think they need to go hire some recent journalism grads looking for jobs – – – -.

hope the editor reads these posts. we have made the same comments many times before. nobody is listening?????

Same sex custody battle gives me the inclination that Jenkins is the other parent. I believe the pastor that was arrested may have been affiliated with Liberty, since their insurance is involved.

In order for coverage to trigger for “Emotional Distress”, actual Bodily Injury has to occur. No?
