USI Insurance Services has appointed Brian Golick as senior vice president. He is based in USI’s New York metropolitan office.
Golick brings 25 years experience in employee benefits, sales, insurance account management and underwriting. Formerly a senior vice president at Sterling & Sterling and Willis, Golick will be providing employee benefit products and consultative services to drive new business opportunities for the USI N.Y. metro office.
Golick served as an insurance consultant and broker with Sterling & Sterling for nearly two years, and with Willis, and all of its predecessor agencies, for 14 years. Before this position, he served Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey for nine years, working in the account management and underwriting departments.
He specializes in relationship management, employee benefit program analysis, executive and voluntary plan design and funding, wellness initiatives, enrollment, retirement planning, and other aspects of employee benefits services.

USI is headquartered in Briarcliff Manor, N.Y., and operates out of approximately 100 offices across the United States. USI is substantially owned by investment funds affiliated with Onex Corporation and certain key employees of USI.
