The “Affordable” Care Act just cost me another $7,800 a year starting Jan 1st. AND raised my deductible $2,000 annually and I can’t afford it!!! From Obama’s lips to my ears, I heard him say “If you like your plan – keep your plan – PERIOD.” I want my old plan back Obama….
At least Bush didn’t hide from “Read my lips – no new taxes” and got his due on re-election.
Folks, you’ve got to call your Congressman and Senators – maybe they’ll read the bill now that it’s in effect. I have three that are Dem’s and it may work, I don’t know. Something has to give here and I believe it will.
The goal is single payer from a socialist that sold it with a single lie – If you like your health insurance, you can keep your health insurance. Period
He will not run for reelection, but his minions will. They jumped off the cliff to ACA with him, they should leave office with him too.
Anyone who believed that phrase was a fool anyway. If you understood the design of the legislation, you knew you would not be keeping your insurance, because it would not be available…..i hate what is happening to some people like Big D, but truly, for anyone who believed what Obama said rather than independently learn and know it wasn’t true, sorry. Conservatives and Republicans have fought this legislation and continue trying to repeal it but only now that people see for themselves that it screws it up for most people to give it free to others. He should have just expanded welfare.
Ok, I am going to admit it, I have no clue what is going on with this. How come people cannot keep their individual policies? Why does this not affect the company offered policies? I really do not understand anything about the ACA. I have read things and am not sure what sources are true and still don’t really get it. Can someone give a quick synopsis of it without any political bashing, just some quick facts regardless of which side you are on. I would greatly appreciate it! Have a great day all!
