Huntington, West Virginia-based managing general agent Bloss & Dillard Inc. announced it has acquired and now operates Agents Insurance Markets Inc., a managing general agent in Richmond, Virginia. The new acquisition will continue to operate under the Agents Insurance Markets Inc. (AIM) name.
Bloss & Dillard said the transaction would help expand Bloss & Dillard’s footprint both geographically and through additional markets and expertise. William “Sandy” Jackson will continue in the leadership role of the AIM operation.
Both Bloss & Dillard and AIM offer a wide variety of specialty and traditional insurance products to independent agents in West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Maryland and Virginia.
As a certified managing general agent, Bloss & Dillard provides insurance products and services to independent agents in many traditional and non-traditional markets.
