Does anyone remember Bawney Frank & Chris Dodd saying that Fannie & Freddie were sound and no cause for alarm? Does anyone remember the large bonuses they were paying to the big dogs for ruining the housing market?
I was a victim in another state with these two outfits and PNC Bank. I was still fighting with PNC this year over a corrected 1099 so I did not have to pay taxes on what they say I owed them on the house I lost in foreclosure. And so much for Obama’s help for people who wanted assistance getting their mortgages lowered — I was turned down flat. What a bunch of frauds and illegal dealings!
I to have lost my home to Freddie MAC and Nationstar. I was approved for a lone with Whitney Bank, no one from Nationstar would speak with the loan officer so we could provide necessary loan documents. Home is now with Freddie Mac they are refusing to sale to me because “my name is on the title.” They gave me a sale price, the bank is willing to secure the loan, but Freddie Mac said they will not issue a contract and the funds has to be in cash. I am at a lost, not understanding the process of keeping families in their homes.
