AMEN!! But its not only FEMA, it’s the insurer – engineer relationship scam! This is not only flood claims, this is all claims. Insurers use engineers to shield them from their bad faith practices. I’m glad they are looking into FEMA to be sure but I think you’ll find it is the insurer – engineer corrupt relationship that is responsible for the Sandy stuff, not FEMA.
