AMEN!! But its not only FEMA, it’s the insurer – engineer relationship scam! This is not only flood claims, this is all claims. Insurers use engineers to shield them from their bad faith practices. I’m glad they are looking into FEMA to be sure but I think you’ll find it is the insurer – engineer corrupt relationship that is responsible for the Sandy stuff, not FEMA. FEMA just didn’t catch it as they should have.

That is what you have with a too large government with little oversight, a bloated budget with far too many bureaucrats that don’t give a rat’s a$$.

        Agent,

Were you complaining when President Reagan increased the size of the government?

So, we are just going to ignore the private insurance companies and private engineering firms who actually perpetuated the fraud?

        Go it.

Before you say I am defending FEMA, I agree that there needs to be a complete overhaul of this and many other government agencies to be more efficient and increased accountablity.
