Am I the only one actually surprised that this happened? With all of the information out there about health plans must meet to be approved and now we see some large/named brand companies selling unapproved plans. I am confused as to how these companies thought they could get away with this.

I suppose the plans were not compliant with the mandates, right? Maybe they didn’t have birth control or abortions as a benefit.
