I’m honestly surprised this didn’t happen sooner. Unfortunately, unless the court decides that each shooting is a separate occurrence, the HO policy probably won’t provide much compensation to the families.

Actually, it would serve to send the message that if you are not “scrupulous about securing” your weapons that the Homweowners insurance will cover it, while he’s laughing all the way to the bank.
