The ACLU or NAACP should have no input into this conversation whatsoever. If they want to join the conversation as individual members of the public, that’s fine, but their interest in police body cameras is strictly limited to an agenda of hatred for police departments. Plain and simple.
$263,000,000 for 50,000 cameras???? That works out to $5,260 per camera. I want that contract.
