EPIC Insurance Brokers and Consultants, a retail property, casualty and employee benefits brokerage and consultant based in San Francisco, hired Bob Baldauf as a property & casualty insurance broker/producer for EPIC’s Risk Solutions team in Stamford, Connecticut.
Baldauf will be responsible for new business development and the design and management of insurance and risk management programs for his clients. As he has throughout his career, Baldauf will specialize in insurance brokerage and risk management consulting. He will report to Steve Levene, executive vice president of EPIC’s Risk Solutions team in Stamford.
Baldauf joins EPIC after launching and growing a risk management consulting practice from the ground up, which he started in 2011, serving as managing principal. His firm specialized in serving a diverse client base, including middle and large middle market companies in private equity, manufacturing and a variety of other industries.
Established in 2007, EPIC has nationwide presence with industry expertise across commercial property/casualty insurance, employee benefits, specialty program insurance, and private client services. EPIC reports $160 million in revenue. Its strategic partners include private equity firms The Carlyle Group and Stone Point Capital.
