That must be a right wing conspiracy. Or Bush’s fault. Or Global warming could be causing global cooling as the left wing nut jobs claim. My bet is on the white man, he’s messed up everything. One day when they catch that “white man” they are going to beat his brains out.

    Lean forward America.

In other news, given the low temps in the north this winter planned parenthood has announced lower prices on shipping baby parts due to reduce cost associated with not having to pack the parts in ice. Hearts and lungs are now $25.

Jack, I have to think that Farmer’s Almanac is far more accurate than these Global Warming know it all freaks. By the way, Obama is traveling to Alaska to warn them about Global Warming. They are due to have summer snowfall while he is there. Usually, that is reserved for Al Gore, but this time, the guy who said Climate Change is the most serious national security threat is the favored speaker.

You are so fucking stupid Agent. The Farmer’s Almanac, and Old Farmer’s Almanac both have terrible records. Meteorologists and analysts have looked back at their forecasts, and said they were, “laughable at best and abysmal at worst” which is pretty similar to your idiotic comments. They also found they were accurate less than 1/2 the time.

On the other-hand, you Dittohead moron, the actual climate models have been very accurate, and have actually underestimated the temperature increase.

I cannot tell, because everything you write borders on incoherent recitation of talking points, but you seem to be making the claim that there isn’t even warming happening, which even the most deluded, retarded, and the oil companies don’t say anymore.

I haven’t seen you comment ona single topic where it could even be argued that you have even an elementary understanding of the topic, or are operating in reality. YOu are clueless about everything. Again, I wish I could compete in your market.

I’ll tell you about it after I get back from my office meeting…on the boat with 2 other guys that work for me. Prob drink a few beers, get some sun and stop at the ocean side café on the way back for lunch.

Jack, I’m willing to bet that my boat is bigger, I can certainly use it year ’round in FL, and the staff meetings on my boat includes two beautiful women. Not 2 dudes. Plus I am not pre-disposed in every post with the thought of being “bent forward” so I have to assume you’ve had a traumatic encounter of this nature at some point in your past. Yes, it does suck to be you.

SWFL- I don’t have a boat so it would have to be bigger I guess. I’ve learned it’s better to have a friend with a boat or someone that works for you to have a boat. I don’t have any women that work for me, but we did have 3 young ladies join us. Life is good!

Life is good! think about that liberals while your party continues to kill the unborn before they are pulled from the womb.

Lean forward America! But not in the way SWFL has on his mind. That’s a sickness too.

Jack, I saw a good political cartoon this morning. The President is up in Alaska warning them about Global Warming and re-naming Mt. McKinley to Mount Denali. The cartoon suggested it should be re-named Mt Debt since it is the tallest mountain in North America and we have the biggest debt in the world.

Completely clueless as usual. As a percentage of GDP, which is the best way to measure, the US isn’t even in the top 10 when it comes to debt.

There is no topic you are even close to competent to discuss.

I don’t know where your at, but last week it was unseasonably cold. This week its hotter then he#@.
In Sports news, the Cubs are looking like a playoff team. Arrietta No Hitter on Sunday. If the Cubs to make it to the big dance, be ready for a real cold snap. Hell will freeze over!

In other insurance related news, 09/01/1990 I opened my first office. Starting 26 years today!

Good for you FFA. How many years were you a Farmer’s agent and how many as an Independent Agency?

I hope your Cubs do make the playoffs this year. I catch glimpses of them on MLB network or the odd game on ESPN and they do look competitive this year. My Rangers started off badly and they have been battling all year with the Astros and Angels, got ahead of the Angels and have been lurking 3-5 games back of the Astros. They may be a wild card team if they don’t catch the Astros for the division. At least they are playing decent baseball and getting some of their disabled players back for a stretch drive.

I did captive for 18 years. I broke the chains in April, 2009.

I had a business broker walk in this AM and ask if I am ready to sell. Been weighing on my mind today….

Well FFA, there are many large brokers/agents out there who are eager to acquire smaller agencies to grow. They aren’t growing that much organically, so they acquire to grow. I had a call the other day from one gauging my interest in selling or doing some cluster arrangement. So far, the negatives outweigh the positives with us.

FFA, who was that dufus on this blog who disputed me when I commented on the computer generated strike zone on the TV? I had seen it on ESPN, but not other networks carrying MLB games. I have watched a lot of games on Fox, MLB Network & Affiliates and ESPN is still the only one that superimposed the strike zone with the catcher. The others have a little box down on the corner to register strikes, balls. I like seeing the ball go to the plate in real time and you can really tell if an umpire is calling the game correctly.

Am I said dufus to which you are referring? Let me reiterate what I’ve said before:

A players strike zone is between the batter’s knees and the midpoint of their torso. This means a 6’3″ batter has a bigger strike zone than a 5’6″ batter.

However, the strike zone each network shows does not increase or decrease according to the height of a player and their actual strike zone.

The strike zone you see on TV is a GUIDE and an umpire can be 100% correct if he calls a ball or strike even if the TV’s strike zone says it was the opposite of the call at the plate.
