There is no shortage of crooks in this country and the Medical Profession is no exception. Stories on IJ confirm that every single week. They always get caught, but that doesn’t seem to deter them from trying.

Do you think other states should enact “anti-running statutes” as NJ has? I do, but am interested in your opinion on the matter.

I’d bet there are far more committing these crimes and getting away with it than are getting caught. But, that is just my hunch.

Bill, they get away with it for a while usually at the expense of a company or the taxpayer, then get caught, but the damage has been done by then.

True Agent, but wouldn’t having “anti-runner” statutes on the books for other states help reduce some of the instances of these crooks?

If “Joe” gets paid $100 a crash to be a runner and there was no laws against doing do, Joe would have no incentive to stop. If “Joe” has the threat of being caught, tried, fined and jailed, I’m guessing he wouldn’t be so brazen about it.

You are more optimistic than I.
