We already give these breaks to drunk drivers – you can be drunk below the legal limit and get away with it – the question is “how much pot in your system is too much?” If the answer is ANY, do you agree we need to change the drunk driving laws so ANY alcohol in the system is deemed drunk driving?
By all means, let’s give a break to the dope smokers. Hope they don’t run over and kill one of these lawmakers or their family.
