    Is it true that Mr. Feliciano will now run for Congress? He has the graft part down pretty good.

      Perhaps his new employer should be made aware of these proceedings. He would turn around and file on them as well. In Texas, Texas Mutual really gets after people like this and have put many in prison for WC fraud.

        Chances are Feliciano’s scheme unraveled when the county jail he applied to in North Carolina contacted the Five Points Correctional Facility as part of his background check. Someone on the ball at Five Points probably got wise and asked what address Feliciano had listed on his application.
