I guess my definition of “exemplary” is a little different than the Duck Tours company version. 10 tickets is not my idea of exemplary. Even if spread out over 10 years, that is one per year which is above the level of an average American.
This smells more like spin and damage control than comment on driver quality.
Yeah – look closer. It’s spread out over 26 years. Even closer – 4 of them were fought in court and won. 6 tickets in 26 years averages to 1 every three years – which still isn’t great – but I would think falls well within the range of the average American.
