I’m glad they got this guy, but there are lots of crooks out there doing the same thing, not only with workers comp, but disability, medicare, etc. Anywhere the government is involved, either through regulation or liberal court systems, there will be rampant fraud. Until the states get serious about fraud and start tossing not only the illicit claimants, but their attorneys as well into prison not much will change. Hopefully, this guy will lose his job and do some time as well.
He should get prison time for this like we do in Texas when someone is double dipping.
